APPLICATION PROCEDURES

HOW TO APPLY AS A LOCAL STUDENT

1. Advert is published (college website, newspapers) for the intake
2.Download the application form
3.Fill in form and submit form in person at the College Registry with

  • Certified copy of form five/equivalent results
  • Certified copy of omang/passport
  • Two references
  • Transcripts if applicant hold a tertiary qualification for possible exemptions

4. Pay fifty pula application fee upon submission
5.Admission office shortlists and call applicants for interviews
6. Interviews are conducted selection is done
7.Successful candidates are informed by mail or telephonically
8. Qualifying admitted candidates issued with application department of tertiary education funding forms for sponsorship
9. Students report to college on confirmation of sponsorship
10.Orientation and registration is conducted
11. Classes commence

HOW TO APPLY AS AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

1.  Advert is published college (website, newspapers) for the intake
2.  Download the application form
3.  Fill in form and submit form in person at the College Registry with

  • Certified copy of form five/equivalent results
  • Certified copy of passport
  • If applicant is already resident in Botswana a copy of his/her valid permit
  • Two references
  • Transcripts if applicant hold a tertiary qualification for possible exemptions

4. Applicants from with SADC pay fifty pula application fee upon submission, while applicants from outside SADC pay P75 application fee.
5.Admission office shortlists and call applicants for interviews
6. Candidate arranges with Botswana embassy for travel visa where necessary and avails oneself for interviews
7. Interviews are conducted selection is done
8.  Successful candidates are informed by mail or telephonically
9. Candidate arranges with Botswana embassy/Immigration office for study permit/waiver
10. Student report to college upon issuance of student permit/waiver
11. Orientation and registration is conducted
12.  Classes commence
