Bachelor of General Science (General Science) Course at Botswana College of Engineering and Technology (BCET)

What is General Science?

As a general science major, you’ll study at least three of these fields — biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, and psychology — and do advanced work in one of them, plus a year of math. You’ll gain confidence to pursue knowledge and ideas across disciplines, setting you up for professional success.

A B.Sc. is a three-year undergraduate degree program for high school science students. Physical science, applied science, chemistry, mathematics, economics, biology, agriculture, horticulture, and animation are among the major topics covered in the B.Sc. course.

General science plays an important role in preparation for competitive examinations. Subjects like physics, chemistry, and biology are important for a general understanding of our surroundings. This is a pursuit of knowledge that covers truths of fundamental laws. Biology (Botany & Zoology), Chemistry, Physics, Psychology.
