What is Real Estate?

Real estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this an item of real property, buildings or housing in general.

Programme Structure

The programme is a single major that will extend over 8 semesters of full time studies. It shall be consist of four core areas of property management, valuation, investment and appraisal and support subjects (economics, law, construction and town planning).
