About Us

Capital Projects began its operations in 2005 as a project management unit for its own group’s property development. Over the years, the unit has evolved into acontractor for general construction works and has undertaken many challenging projects thereby gaining construction skills, technical know-how and experiences in building solutions, project management, specialized contracts and related engineering works in the built environment.

Currently, Capital Projects takes on the role of a main contractor for small to medium size projects and also offer Electrical and Mechanical Contracting services through our sister company “CATERMART”, therefore offering all services under one umbrella. In the present time and age of Smart World, it’s worth mentioning the benefits enjoyed by clients who engage  Capital Projects to undertake their projects; certain project costs such as site establishment and Provisional & General costs are shared amongst the different teams under the company resulting in reasonable savings, which are subsequently passed on to the customers. Additionally, it is easier to manage different teams under one group as there is always harmony at work and no time is wasted in sourcing for different teams.
