What is Counselling?

Counseling psychology is a psychological specialty that began with a focus on vocational counseling, but later moved its emphasis to adjustment counseling, and then expanded to cover all normal psychology psychotherapy. 

Certificate in Counselling

Counselling is about training counsellors to help clients resolve personal and interpersonal conflicts, with the focus on setting goals and problem solving. The programme trains students to provide clients with direction, emotional support and assist them to focus on constructive behaviours.

Admission Requirements

BGCSE Or Equivalent with a minimum Of 30 points with at least D/E in Mathematics, English and DD/EE in Double Science Award.

OR 2 Years Relevant, Current Health Work Experience Or A Recommendation Letter.
