Fleet management refers to all actions that need to take place to keep a fleet running efficiently, on time, and within budget. It is the processes used by fleet managers to monitor fleet activities and make decisions about proper asset management, dispatch and routing, and vehicle acquisition and disposal.

The short course in Fleet Management provides you with a basic understanding of the different elements of fleet management, while specifically focusing on vehicle utilisation, whole-life costs, tendering, vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements. You will become familiar with the various role-players and stakeholders in the value chain and how to effectively manage your fleet. |
