experience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant Postgraduate
- Preferred Qualification – Relevant Master’s degree
- Experience – 8 to 12 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 3 to 4 years ideally at executive management level

responsibilities
- Establishment, alignment and management of target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency
- Achievement of Exco team objectives Increase number of new clients acquired per period agreed
- Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads, including maximising of cross sell opportunities
- Measures includes: VSI; Collaboration leads; Executive client visitation
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
- Implement quality management processes to ensure business applications are of high quality and business is managed from intake to completion in order to drive business growth and client retention
- Drive the implementation of processes to ensure 100% compliance of all Business Banking business
- Develop rigorous business case to drive new, differentiated market growth strategies (new product and market development) as well as defensive strategies to increase / maintain market share in Africa
- Contribute to the development and execution of the business unit strategy through the development and implementation of the People Strategy and operational objectives
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, and talent in team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies
- Execute the FNB Botswana people strategy that nurtures talent and embraces the values, culture and philosophy of entrepreneurship, accountability, and innovation to meet current and future business needs
