FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
THREE YEARS FIXED TERM CONTRACT TENABLE IN GABORONE
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To ensure that all internal and statutory compliance requirements within BAC are met and management of the institution’s accounting records.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Financial Management
• Accounts Payable
• Billing and Collection
• Financial Accounting
• Bookkeeping
• Financial Control
• Fixed Asset Management
• Payroll Administration
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
• Internationally recognised professional qualification and membership such as ACCA, CIMA or BICA.
• At least Eight (8) years post qualification experience in an accounting/finance environment, three (3) of which should have been at supervisory level.
• Advanced knowledge of financial accounting and reporting coupled with demonstrated knowledge of the latest developments in relevant financial management
practices and standards.
• VIP Premier Payroll proficiency will be added advantage
