BOC Consulting (Pty) Ltd (trading as BOC Insurance Brokers – “BOC”) is a 100% citizen owned brokerage committed to the growth of a quality, locally grown service provider that can contribute positively to the insurance industry in Botswana. As a business we have identified the need for higher levels of customer service in an insurance brokering industry dominated by ‘’big’’ brokerages. It is our view that due to their size, these ‘’big’’ brokerages lack flexibility and are often unable to provide the level of personalised service many clients seek, which we can offer. We have the credentials, experience and motivation to bridge the relationship gap between client and insurer, and in doing so BOC aims to establish itself as the market service leader in the Botswana Insurance industry.
