The firm currently consists of one managing partner and experienced legal associates, two paralegals and very competent legal assistants in the form of a conveyancing Secretary and admin staff.
The firm handles an array of legal matters. These range from criminal litigation on behalf of criminally charged clients to civil litigation as plaintiff or defendant and these include,
but not limited to matrimonial matters, affiliation matters, contracts, administration of estates, leases, industrial relations, land disputes, debt collection or both corporate and individual clients and insurance consultancy. We have a right of appearance in all courts of law in Botswana (Court of Appeal, High Courts, Industrial Court, Land Tribunal and Magistrates Court)
